I've been an effective negotiator for more than twenty years and take great pride in finding innovative solutions to perceived impassible obstacles.

Mark was born into to Southern California Real Estate Industry, as a son of a licensed Real Estate Agent. Mark grew up with investment properties in his family and worked alongside his parents and brothers to directly manage and maintain several single family rental homes. He personally has owned investment real estate since the age of 21 and has been directly and consistently involved in the financial evaluation, purchase, and management of properties across the state of California since then.

He earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2001, and then spent ten years practicing hands on engineering in the fields of renewable energy.

Prior to devoting his life full time to the Real Estate industry, Mark spent 10 years as a Global Sales Director for publicly traded Fortune 500 company, with annual sales over $9B.

In 2017, Mark earned his California Real Estate Sales Person License and is currently licensed with the Department of Real Estate as a Broker Officer. Mark has set new neighborhood record high sale prices for nearly all of his listings!

Mark, his wife and 2 children have lived in Carlsbad, CA for 10+ years. In total, Mark brings a diverse background and committed work ethic of more than twenty years in sales, marketing, engineering, innovation and successful negotiating to all of his real estate transactions.
