Getting to know Chad Widtfeldt

Chad made his way into real estate in 2005, where he quickly made an impact in the industry. After starting at Prudential CA Realty, Chad became an owner at Regency RE Brokers, which became one of the most successful brokerages in OC. Chad, along with Justin, joined Harcourts in 2015 as franchise owners in Monarch Beach. Over the years, Chad has participated in over $1,500,000,000 in sales while helping thousands of families with their real estate transactions. Chad has a long history in southern California, having grown up in Mission Viejo and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, before returning to south OC where he put down his roots. His local area expertise has proven to be a tremendous asset while assisting his clients. But his success also comes from his passion for the business and unmatched determination to help each client achieve their real estate goals.

Whenever Chad has a moment of downtime, you will likely find him spending time with his wife Laura and their two kids, Peyton and Hudson, out for a run or wrangling one of their many animals. Chad is currently trying to complete the “seven marathon majors” throughout the world.
