I grew up in Coastal Orange County in a Real Estate Family. My Father was a Prominent Broker and my Uncle owned "Katella Realty," then the largest, privately held Real Estate Company in The OC. I fondly remember those Saturday mornings when I'd tail Dad to his office, with the smell of multiple pots of black coffee brewing and the sight of those jumbo, plastic covered listing books, spread out along oak tables. Ah, the days before COMPUTERS! After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, I became a licensed Agent in 1988. In my career, I have been involved in Home Flipping, Investment Sales, and Property Management. My SALES philosophy is "Selling is not Telling, but asking Questions and Listening!"
