I will first say that if I could give Justin more than 5 stars, I would. As first time homebuyers, we were entering into very unfamiliar territory. Justin was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. After showing us over a dozen houses, I had fears that like most people, he may start getting frustrated with our inability to make a decision. Not once did Justin ever make us feel pressured to move forward with a decision. He was very transparent with his thoughts on the properties we saw and how fairly the market was pricing it. When we finally found a place we loved, Justin made the closing process smooth and much less stressful than I anticipated. He set contingencies and incentives to make our offer both competitive and secure for ourselves. Once our offer was accepted, Justin helped to coordinate a loan officer and inspector for the house. Even after closing, Justin has been an active presence in our lives. Now, over a year later, we are refinancing our mortgage, and Justin is putting together documents of our original appraisal and comps in the area to get us appraised high. Overall, I could not recommend Justin more, and I know we will not use anyone else for our next home purchase.

Justin is easy to work with and very knowledgable, he knows how to paint a clear picture of the situation at hand. He knows how to assess and break down the options and guide you through the correct process. He's also very verbose and answers all of your questions before you even have them. He is honest and upfront when he felt properties were overpriced and could easily spot poor craftsmanship. We went through a few realtors before meeting Justin and have stuck with Justin through the end. Even after purchasing the house, he continued the relationship with us and worked to provide his guidance during a refinance. He has great contacts, experience and knowledge. I will be sticking with Justin for as long as I am in the San Diego area but will always seek his guidance.
